Don’t ask for your customers loyalty

I’m convinced that this is a bad question to ask your customers don’t ask or your company don’t ask yourself what can we do to make our customers loyal? I think it’s the wrong question we should turn it around what can we do to become loyal to our customers when are we loyal to our customers and guess what if you do that they will stay loyal to you.
The crazy thing is if we talk about loyalty we come up with gimmicks that are worthless to customers what they really want when it matters that you are loyal to them.
